Establishment and Legal Status
Definite Consulting was founded in the year 2020 by its founders. In the year 2024 the founders formalized and registered Definite Consulting Limited as a Tanzanian private limited liability company under Tanzania Companies Ordinance.
Definite is also registered by Tanzania Revenue Authority as a taxpayer. Currently, the company is owned by three (3) Tanzanian shareholders who are also only directors of the company i.e. Paul B. Masanja, Gift A. Ndunge and George M. Ochieng.
Our Background
The establishment of this firm was a willingness decision of its members to combine their individual interests, talents, experiences, prior business and activity involvements, and resources to form a strong firm with common vision, mission and sustainable objectives. It should also be noted that for a substantial period of time prior to joining forces to establish this firm, members of this firm have been working together on and off in different formalities and places to meet some work and business objectives.
Therefore, the historical background and experience of this firm cannot be complete without mentioning and accruing the background and experience of its individual members. This means that while mentioning past works and assignments performed by this company as experience, we will also consider previous works and assignments undertaken by individual members (shareholders/partners and directors) prior to establishment of this company to be part and parcel of the establishment.
